Standard Shipping:
Flat-rate shipping is $8.50. We offer free shipping on orders over $75.
Carrier Partners: We ship using USPS to ensure your items arrive safely.
Tracking Your Order: As soon as your shipping label is printed, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent straight to your inbox. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update.
Summer Shipping Warning (Warm Weather Policy)
Pure, raw beeswax has a relatively high melting point, but extreme summer heat inside delivery trucks can sometimes soften naked candles.
During hot summer months, we typically only ship packages on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
This intentional delay prevents your precious wax from sitting in a hot shipping warehouse over the weekend.
We highly recommend retrieving your package from your porch or mailbox as soon as it is delivered to protect the candles from ambient heat.
Our Return Policy:
Because our raw beeswax candles and hand-thrown ceramics are personal care and artisanal lifestyle goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind or personal scent preferences.
However, your experience with our brand matters deeply to our family. If you have any issues or are unhappy with your order, please reach out to us at hello@willowandoakprovisions.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our absolute best to make it right.
Damaged or Broken Items:
We take immense care when packing your items, wrapping our ceramics and candles securely. However, accidents can happen during transit.
If your item arrives broken or damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and a clear photograph of the damaged item along with the shipping box.
Once verified, we will happily ship out a replacement to you immediately at no extra cost.
